Trogtalite CoSe2 nanobuds encapsulated into boron and nitrogen codoped graphene (BCN) nanotubes (CoSe2@BCN‐750) are synthesized via a concurrent thermal decomposition and selenization processes. The CoSe2@BCN‐750 nanotubes deliver an excellent storage capacity of 580 mA h g?1 at current density of 100 mA g?1 at 100th cycle, as the anode of a sodium ion battery. The CoSe2@BCN‐750 nanotubes exhibit a significant rate capability (100–2000 mA g?1 current density) and high stability (almost 98% storage retention after 4000 cycles at large current density of 8000 mA g?1). The reasons for these excellent storage properties are illuminated by theoretical calculations of the relevant models, and various possible Na+ ion storage sites are identified through first‐principles calculations. These results demonstrate that the insertion of heteroatoms, B–C, N–C as well as CoSe2, into BCN tubes, enables the observed excellent adsorption energy of Na+ ions in high energy storage devices, which supports the experimental results.  相似文献

Selective macroautophagy/autophagy plays a pivotal role in the processing of foreign pathogens and cellular components to maintain homeostasis in human cells. To date, numerous studies have demonstrated the uptake of nanoparticles by cells, but their intracellular processing through selective autophagy remains unclear. Here we show that carbon-based nanodiamonds (NDs) coated with ubiquitin (Ub) bind to autophagy receptors (SQSTM1 [sequestosome 1], OPTN [optineurin], and CALCOCO2/NDP52 [calcium binding and coiled-coil domain 2]) and are then linked to MAP1LC3/LC3 (microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3) for entry into the selective autophagy pathway. NDs are ultimately delivered to lysosomes. Ectopically expressed SQSTM1-green fluorescence protein (GFP) could bind to the Ub-coated NDs. By contrast, the Ub-associated domain mutant of SQSTM1 (ΔUBA)-GFP did not bind to the Ub-coated NDs. Chloroquine, an autophagy inhibitor, prevented the ND-containing autophagosomes from fusing with lysosomes. Furthermore, autophagy receptors OPTN and CALCOCO2/NDP52, involved in the processing of bacteria, were found to be involved in the selective autophagy of NDs. However, ND particles located in the lysosomes of cells did not induce mitotic blockage, senescence, or cell death. Single ND clusters in the lysosomes of cells were observed in the xenografted human lung tumors of nude mice. This study demonstrated for the first time that Ub-coated nanoparticles bind to autophagy receptors for entry into the selective autophagy pathway, facilitating their delivery to lysosomes.  相似文献

Vermifiltration is a new technology using earthworms to process organically polluted water. A pilot associated with a swine facility (piggery) with 66 swine was developed to treat diluted manure, produce earthworms and vermicompost, and reduce air pollution. The aim of the experiment reported here was to devise an integrated method – biological, chemical and physical – for further research and development of vermifiltration in diluted swine manure, and provide some preliminary results. The earthworm population increased by 30% in 4 weeks, indicating the acclimation of the earthworms. A reduction in ammonia emission was observed of about 50% for the whole system. Higher water (+100%), carbon (+70%), and total nitrogen (+80%) gaseous losses were observed compared to conventional breeding on a slatted floor. This methodology can be used for further studies to develop vermifiltration for earthworm and vermicompost production from diluted animal manure, without pollution transfer.  相似文献

Sesame Utilization in China: New Archaeobotanical Evidence from Xinjiang. A cache of sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) seeds, discovered in the Thousand Buddha Grottoes at Boziklik, Turpan, China, dating to ca. 700 years before present (BP), is hard evidence of their use in China since that time. Morphological and anatomical features suggest a white sesame cultivar. The sizeable quantity unearthed implies that sesame was a valued commodity that could provision the monks and enrich the diet of ancient inhabitants as an oil source.  相似文献

为研究鸭C4结合蛋白(C4b-binding protein,C4BP)与鸭疫里默氏菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)的相互作用,对鸭C4BPα进行克隆、原核表达,免疫小鼠制备多克隆抗体,并利用间接免疫荧光试验及斑点杂交试验验证C4BP与RA的相互作用。结果显示,鸭C4BPα核苷酸序列全长为1230bp,与鸡C4BPα的相似性最高(82.1%);系统进化树分析发现,鸭C4BPα与鸡C4BPα处于同一系统进化树分支上,两者遗传进化关系最近;C4BPα在大肠杆菌Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3)中能高效表达,重组蛋白以胞内可溶性形式存在;多克隆抗体效价超过1∶10000,并且可以与重组蛋白发生特异性反应;间接免疫荧光试验和斑点杂交试验结果显示RA与鸭C4BP可以发生相互作用。研究结果为进一步揭示RA的致病机制奠定了基础。  相似文献
